One of the nicer McDonald's I've visited...good Wi-Fi
Then we pull around and had to wait while she took her time to prepare our coffee. Handed the coffee to my husband with the lid barely on. He asked for cream and sugar she gave him one of each. He asked for more and she simply said that is all he can have and closed the window on us.
McDonalds. A corporate store. Usually busy.
Ordered 2 coffee's and 2 apple pies for 5.07. Price is okay, but there was a truck ahead of us and when their order was delivered, the employee at drive through window dropped the order on the ground. The person in the truck had to get out and pick up the order.
The service was awful we were sitting here waiting and said they had fixed our food and nobody would give it to us and we didn't even know
I never had such bad service from Mc Donalds before and must say that I am very disappointed.
they are nice sometimes... Don't expect a thank you.... Unless you say it to them. 3 stars because the food is usually fresh bc they stay busy.
