Reservation on the internet but no car available when I came to pick up it.
When you make reservations for a vehicle for vacation you can expect to be called 15-20 minutes before pick up & told "Sorry" no available cars!!! What good is a reservation?
Nothing like calling 24 hours in advanced to verify they have your vehicle ready, them saying yes were detailing it now and then getting a call the next day saying they don't have any cars on the lot. Liars and terrible business management. Will not use them again
