My experience was terrible. I have worked with many technical professionals over the years; electricians, plumbers, etc, but these guys...ugh. They said they'd call when they were coming over. I asked them if they could please be a bit more specific: Were they coming over today? "Maybe". Ok, I'm a teacher and I can't walk out on my classroom. "We'll call when we're coming over." Yes, but, I'm a teacher, can you please be a bit more specific. Then they hung up on me. It was appalling. If you, too, wish to be treated like this, then by all means pick up the phone and give them a ring. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
