Needed an emergency charger for my laptop. They knew exactly which one to give me. I didn't have to go to Walmart and spend $60 so these guys are my heros. They also told we what chargers NOT to get if my new one ever broke, so that my computer wouldn't get messed up. My laptop stays plugged up for days and the adapter never gets hot. Loved how friendly they were. Sat there with them and talked for a good amount of time, and I'm usually a shy person. I needed a laptop charger that cost $60+ dollars at Radio Shak, Wal Mart, and online, Computer Allies gave it to me for only $25!

Seemed to figure out what the problem was with my laptop, but I was told the diagnostic charge would be $15. When I picked it up the charge for the diagnostic was $65. Is it really that satisfying ripping off a college student? This place sucks
