I've gone here a few times for care. Each time I go I find the waiting area clean and neat with relatively short wait time. The staff is friendly and professional. The NPs spend the time needed to make a diagnosis and to explain it and the treatment plan. They even call the next day to follow up. I'm very grateful we have such a good healthcare resource here in Natchitoches.
They need to have a working number to reach them at to verify if they're actually open 7 days a week 8-8....
