Basically an Unethical city official (prosecutor) that I found evasive and professionally incompetent. (He swore & nortarized compliance with court order discovery when he had not.) A real disappointment in meeting this type in our legal system and going up against him; but happy to beat him in court. I am not an attorney, but clearly he unabashedly prosecuted an unlawful case, which the court and courts must be concerned about. I would sue him , but alarmingly these fellas have absolute immunity.
