The front desk personnel very helpful and happy to help. I felt safe and secure. The bed and pillows helped me rest and I slept well. The one issue I experienced was the door lock at my room was malfunctioning. The key card fails to unlock the door. Even the hotel front person had a hard time unlocking the door with the key card.
The hotel was full and was not available for us to stay at. The hotel appeared to be clean and the staff was courteous. We would have loved to stay there, but unfortunately we were not able due to occupancy.
Awesome breakfast. Clean rooms. People at the desk were very nice and very helpful.
Room was clean but could use some updating. Water was a yellowish color but this was not due to the hotel. They city is in the process of doing maintenance on the water lines. Staff was very accommodating and informed of the issue. Overall I would stay again.
I have stayed at this hotel over many years because of my prior love and loyalty to Hilton for which I've used for almost 20 years. I will start with the good: breakfast cook is always a joy and professional, she takes pride in her craft. The new clean staff seemed very courteous, friendly and ready to serve. Check in was pleasant. However, the tub would not drain while showering, the bed made sounds when you moved, and in order to sleep, the fridge had to be unplugged. We called the front desk to move to another room because we had planned to stay two nights. After eating breakfast, we decided to go to another hotel. Again, I have watched the hotel continue to not be updated over the years and change over management. When checking out, the rep gave me a receipt for a room we did not stay in because she said she had already changed our key cards. I expect more but you pay and decide....
