The software for online ordering and tracking is as good as it gets. Also, interacing with the in-store video is phenomenal. Well done, Dominos!
Usually slow. Better than other chains in town.
I love their pizza but the service really needs improving. When you pick up at the drive through it takes forever to get somebody to you even when they aren't busy. Not to mention I've very plainly ordered the garlic crust with mine and yet they still forget it half the time. There's maybe one nice and employee and the rest get attitudes. Pretty sure the nice one no longer works there.
Constantly forgets stuff (sauce for sandwich, ranch dipping sauce, drinks)... Okay on timing with delivery, but they have a high turnover rate so you never know if you're going to get a good delivery driver. One delivery driver delivered my stuff like a lunch box. Pizza is supposed to be leveled! This fool carried it on its side....
