I worked there for a couple of years. And the service office is the absolute worst place. Those people are so unprofessional and doesn't know how to do there job
Had my brakes serviced here (four new pads, plus rotors turned). Immediately after the service was completed, I began hearing a strange, loud grinding sound from my front passenger brake, as well as a clicking when the brakes were applied. Apparently, the technician that serviced my car had not only improperly reinstalled the caliper, but had failed to lube the sliding pins. Since the service, I have returned my car to them, only to be told the brake system is completely fine.
Service is good. Shop is slow though
Damn service at the parts department sucks. Ain't a damn person there knows how to get to work apparently. Told the SOB's we was broke down at MM160 on 49...Goofy bastard turns around they said and tells me he can't find us. And the guy there JOE, a rude and arrogant bastard too. Hell with these people. Should've read the reviews before calling. My screw up
The purchase process of a vehicle I found at this dealership was almost painless :) I truly detest the car-buying process in general. There was tiny bit of haggling involved related to my trade-in but none on the price I offered. I love the vehicle and based on this purchase experience, I would definitely consider these folks in the future....Chris did a great job for me.
I have since taken my vehicle to Hixson in Alexandria, where technicians were able to diagnose the issue, and are currently working with me to have a replacement caliper ordered and installed.
