Great staff and doctors .
This place sucks ass. They take a long time, the staff is unprofessional. I had an appointment at 10:00 am, I even showed up early and I still didn't leave until 4:00 pm. It doesn't even be that many people in there. The nurse practitioner doesn't even stay with you for long, to say you have to wait so long for her to come. You would think since the visits are quick that you would be in and out, Sike. If you have to leave work to come here, you might as well take the whole week off because thats how long you gone be in there. Its quicker to drive all the way to Campti or Coushatta to go to the Doctor. By the time you leave your appointment in Campti or Coushatta and make it back to Natchitoches, I guarantee if you went to this mess, you would still be waiting to be seen. I would give this place 0 stars, but I can't.
The wait even with an appointment is hours. The front desk and nurse staff are unprofessional and careless. Once you do get called back, it's at least another hour or two before you see the nurse practitioner. THEN, you have to wait up to another hour for a nurse to come back in to tell you it's okay for you to go. God forbid they have to do any type of paperwork because there goes another two hours. This place is awful.
