Very quiet and secluded place
My husband and I just spent 2 nights here to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary, and we were not disappointed! We had stayed here several years ago, but we found it more beautiful than ever. The traditional French decor was still so charming, but the living room and bedroom had some updated furnishings that showed this inn is still 5-star quality. We enjoyed rest and relaxation in the peace and quiet of this secluded cottage overlooking the serene Cane River, but we were also close enough to town to eat at some of our favorite restaurants and walk and shop a little. It's like a step back in time with all the modern amenities. Stephanie is a charming and hospitable innkeeper.
Beautiful wedding facility. The grounds are absolutely lovely! It's definitely off the beaten path, but worth it for such an exquisite experience.
