Sorry.. Went to reserve a uhaul on Monday...for Sat 29 of June...ask if we would need to put down Deposit to make sure our reservation would stick for Sat June 29 2013. The man in charge said no....left to go put down deposit on a house Tht was in Tx, and received a call Friday night the June 28th saying he cancel our reservation due to no deposit. Was not helpful at all. We were gonna be paying 363$ for a uhaul in which we asked if needed a deposit to hild, we were told no...and then come next day weren't able to find a uhaul within 60 miles radius, might i add we needed to be out of house by the 1st of July!!!:) when takking on the phone to the adult who was in customer service was defensive and rude from the moment of the very first call. Trust me it's sad Tht their it ppl who think they should be in customer service ...which shouldn't. Sad thing is he is one of many reflection of Natchitoches...poor service
I had a great experience with this establishment. Made you feel like they knew you forever. Very professional(the 2 guys attending customers that morning). In & out in 20 minutes tops. Thanks
