If I could give no stars I would. The wait is always at least 10 minutes and the food in not good. Today my sprite tasted like carbonated water. Literally. The fries were old and the food was cold. HORRIBLE.
I had a horrible experience at this location and will NEVER return. Hardee's was recommended to me by a family member and stated how the food was really good and the prices were reasonable. At about 12:15 a.m. I stopped at this location before traveling out of town, I place my order and proceed to ask the drive thru lady if the burger comes with mayo & mustard (which I could barely understand her). So I ask the question again and I hear in the background someone say (in a "ugly" tone) "it comes with mustard"! I ignore it, but then I ask if it is extra to add mayo & mustard (the background voice is heard again) "it comes with mustard". I get frustrated because she had no reason to jump in when I am not placing the order with her. I then say ugh...they can just cancel my order. I drive up to the window... the girl at the window opens it and begins to laugh....(in my head what is funny)...YOU ARE TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL)...I look in and this MANAGER.....stares at me and say..."HEY"-let me state she was very UGLY WITH HER HEY!! I reply "Hey" and she tells the girl to cancel the order and close the window! I drive off.
Our food was cold but normally we get great service and hot food
Employees are always super polite and fast, the lobby and restrooms are clean, but everything I eat there seems to make me sick. Non burger items come out hot but their thickburgers always seem to be cold and dry and have too much sauce.
Service sucks, never enough employees working to operate drive through are walk in customers. And the ones thats there are sometimes sitting in there cars outside smoking are talking with other people.
