If I could leave no stars I would. Got there at 8:05. Didn't have anyone take our drink order until 845. Almost 915 before we got them. Got irritated and stepped out side to change my one year olds diaper (no changing table) and waiter was standing outside smoking what smelled to be pot. Finally came in and they took our food order and reeked of pot. Was 935 before we got half of our order and it was completely wrong. Never got my daughter's order and gave her the half of my order that was wrong. Husbands order didn't come with half of what it was supposed to. This is pathetic. People who got the 20 minutes after is were paying before we got our drinks. A nice couple finally pointed out that they were there well after us and had already gotten food before they showed up to take our food order. Management needs to do something about this. Only saw one waitress that seemed to be doing her job and doing it well. But she was a smart aleck to several customers.
Services were poor. The waitress messed up an order and they were out of bacon bits and Dr pepper was flat, a loaded baked potato wasn't even loaded. All it had was sour cream and shredded cheese, no chives, no bacon bits, and no butter. So on a scale or 1-to-5 I give a (-5).
Not a Waffle House, but the food is ok. Better than IHOP in Natchitoches. Bacon is crispy. Biscuits good. Grits have no butter or salt. It took them 3 tries to hard fry an egg.
I will never go back there again. Got there at 4:45pm n my step daughter's pancakes where not cooked had to give them back. Did not get new pancakes until 6:00pm. The waiter walk out right when we was ordering our food. About 6 people walked out last night.
This is another place where we like to eat. It's close to home and then we can go on to town. Not only that but their prices are not very expensive and the food is good, the waitresses I are very nice and treat us like like we're famiy. Love this place.
