Since the food wasn't terrible and had decent vegetarian options, we decided to pay a visit a couple days later, praying that service would be different. Instantly the atmosphere was different, and we were greeted at the door and led to a table. However we did notice that the place was empty, more so than our previous visit. This time, we were served by what seemed to be an owner/manager(?). Her name was Daniela. At first she seemed fine but she made several mistakes. She messed up my dad's order, bringing him beef burritos instead of chicken. When we let her know, she insisted we were wrong though the four of us had heard him say, "chicken." The initial mistake didn't bother us– it was that she questioned us and it took a lot to get our correct order. On top of that, it took a long time for the chicken burritos to finally come. She also put sour cream on my salad when I specifically asked for none.

Thus far, all of this may have been forgivable. But then she brought the bill. Everything was correct, except for the price of my dad's order. He clearly remembered that his order was $6.99 but he was being charged over eight dollars. When he approached Daniela again, she was rude and insisted that he had ordered something different. We all remember him saying his order so we knew she was wrong. Not only did she bring the incorrect order to begin with, she also denied us the correct price– essentially robbing us. She has no business working in business.

My family came to eat here twice this week. The food was okay, if you love onions and tough beef. However, the abysmal service quality was what made us decide to never eat here again.
It was ok. I'm not a picky eater but this wasn't that good. I stopped eating here for a long time but was visiting the area and decided to give it another try. Won't be eating here again.
Both times there were only a couple cars in the driveway, and we quickly understood why: there is no attempt to make customers feel welcome. On entering San Luis the first time, we stood for a few seconds as the waiters behind the desk idly looked up without any sound of acknowledgement. I said uneasily, "Do we seat ourselves or...?" to no reply, so we walked past them, confused and sat at a (wobbly) table of our choice. Before we could sit, a blonde waitress with a sour expression set our silverware and menus, again, without acknowledging us. During our stay, the blonde waitress kept staring at us, which I can only justify for the fact that we were probably the only interesting thing to look at– we appeared to be the only customers. Still, it made us uncomfortable.
