Northwestern State is my Alma Mater. I had a great experience there earning my degree, and also met and married my wife of 51 years. We both have enjoyed the friends we made there. We have returned for 2 Golden Jubilee celebrations which were great and allowed us to renew friendships from our days at NSU.

Some of the school affiliates have been very nice and helpful, especially with getting some of my credits from my other school to take care of some of their requirements. I only had 1 bad experience and that's with a lady from the Financial Aid office. I called because I didn't understand a requirement and not for an attitude. Plan to try to just finish up my degree ASAP, but if I can find a different school I will definitely transfer. Overall, I still like NSU.
