This is by far the best Veterinary Clinic in Natchitoches. After having a lot of hassle (extreme rudeness and being hung up on) out of another local clinic, we found James and fell in love. His workers seem to genuinely care about animals, and they made ours feel right at home. I am forever grateful to them for easing our worries after we got our cats spayed and neutered - they took very good care of our babies. They even eased our mind when we were concerned about our female's incision site. Thank you, Dr. James and Staff!
I will never go to any other vet besides Dr. James. His staff genuinely cares about each and every pet that comes and goes and he is very professional in his work. Definitely the best vet in Natchitoches. The others do not even begin to compare.
Such nice staff, obviously competent. A nice change from the other vet clinics I’ve had to deal with in town. Will DEFINITELY be bringing my children here for their checkups from now on!
