I have had other frustrating visits at a shop by Wal-Mart. This place is top-notch in comparison! Mr. Boyett and his team always call with updates. Their communication skills and customer service keep me coming back. They also do the work well at a fair price. They always keep the part to show me what was broken, explain it in simple terms, and tell me how it was fixed or replaced. I feel informed and educated here. My car always works better after I leave! Highly recommend.

The staff at Boyett's auto repair shop was VERY friendly. It can be difficult to trust mechanics sometimes, but I had a great feeling about these guys! I had to call them back SEVERAL times throughout the day with questions, and some complications I was having, but each person I spoke with, at every phone call had the same great attitude. They fixed my car in a very timely matter, I called first thing that morning and the car was back to me in about 2 hrs! I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in the area!
