We removed our 2 sketchy trailer tires and patiently waited for service to get 2 new tires put on the rims. After 30 minutes and still no service we decided this place must not like new customers so we put the tires back on and carefully drove away. Not good business.
If you need anything more than an oil change, I do NOT recommend Moore's. The worst part of my experience was having them change a wheel hub assembly, so my wheel wouldn't fall off while driving down the road. After they changed the bearings on one of the wheels, they told me it was ready to pick up. Immediately after paying too much for the work done, I got on the road and noticed there was absolutely no change in bad sounds and vibrations. I took my car to Auto Tek near Leesville, and they were able to accomplish in one day what Moore's could NOT do...over the course of a week (it took Moore's a week to get the parts in to fix one wheel).
Solid service shop! Needed a minor fix and they were able to do it quickly and for nominal expense.
Great customer service and fair!
In addition to being crappy service, they put my safety at risk by sending me back on the road with bad wheel bearings, and acting like they had fixed my vehicle.
I had a Freshman Daughter up at NSU (2.5 hours away from home) and she needed a tire serviced as it was real low. I got good service and my Daughter got back on the road. Since then I've bought 4 tires. Good for me, especially at long distance. CW
