My husband and I have taken our cars here on multiple occasions. The work itself was always okay enough, but they are not good with communication and customer service. They never call when the car is ready. When we call them, sometimes they don't answer. This last occasion threw it over the top for me. I had a popping noise over bumps... they had it for a week with no updates. I drove across town to check on it, they weren't open during their posted hours. It took 5 attempts over a week to get my car back. We asked them to CHECK our struts and call us. They just replaced them and charged us. They tried to charge an additional service fee for how long they had the vehicle. I told the lady at the desk I would pay for the work but not for extra time as we received zero updates and did not officially approve the work itself. She yelled and threw a pen at me. Unfortunately, the popping noise is still there, so maybe they didn't make any true effort in finding the real issue...
The best place in town for car repair. I would give 5 stars but they won't work on German cars.
My car has been sitting there for three days! They still have not looked at it! They also do not answer their phone. Can not say for sure that they are good mechanics. But I can say that they are very unorganized and lack customer service.
They stay very busy but are very nice and do great work at a fair price.
Fast service, reasonable prices, and Darren always takes the time to explain to me what he did and why he did it. Super nice guy. He will always have my business
